check out glamour magazine online. I believe they have a free program. Also check out Denise Austin's site. She'll give you some exercises for free - you can always upgrade too, but some stuff is free.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

I understand your pain dear. I don't know if you can, but visit weight watchers, they have helped me. It is cheaper than anything out there, and you don't have to buy any extra foods. It helps if you can get others to join with you. It is helps with the process. It is not immediate but it works.

I have suffered with my weight for a long time. I have resorted to bulimia, had struggles with anorexia. Do not feel ashamed, God made you beautiful, inside and out. We are the keepers of these bodies, and we choose what they look like. You want to change, then I believe you can! I do not work for the company, but I know it works. Try working on walking for one hour a day or riding a bike for two hours. Make sure it is continuous and fun for you. Learn to ignore the idiots who hate themselves so much as to put you down. Look at your goal, visualize and go for it. Also, as a personal tip, if you can not afford it, cut out "snack foods". Chips, candy, fried foods, etc. Anything with excess fats, salts and sugars, can increase the intake and conversion of fat. You can still have it with weight watchers, but in moderation. Instead of "saving" money buying the big bag, buy the small serving, so you are not tempted to eat more. Same goes with the rest of your food. If your family struggles with this as well and you can't get the help you need with them, start going on after meal walks. I found that a good 30 mis. walk just around town or the shops got me away from negative family memebers and temptations. Try doing this for a few months, you will notice the increase in energy and a few inches lost. When it gets colder, try dancing in your room with your favorite music, for about an hour non-stop. Keep yourself hydrated and when you want a snack reach for carrots or your other fav fruit or veggie. AVOID, like a pleag, any salad dressings, the fat alone in those are as bad as eating a burger. If you must have a bit of dressing, the tip I learned was, keep the serving of dressing you are wanting to eat in a small bowl/dish, then dip your fork bottom into it, then take up some salad with that. You will find that you will not eat as much dressing as you would normally.

If you must have some type of "snack food/junk food" eat it, not eat alot, but do not avoid it either. I found that when I wanted chips, I would eat a whole lot of other things just to avoid eatting it. I noticed when I did that. the cravings were still there and I ended up eatting the chips anyways (so I just added to extra calories I was trying to dodge), just do nto deny yourself but, have some control. If you are down and depressed, try chatting on the internet or calling a friend, they will keep your mouth moving and away from eatting. If you are wanting to keep busy, you might want to take up a craft. I started knitting, it kept my hands from reaching candy. I also get to make cool things.

I hope this helps you. May God bless you and this new life choice you are starting for your future. Remember it is a life style choice not a quick fix. With all good things it will take time, no matter how sore or tired you get, keep on it, you will get were you want to go!

Are you rather hungry, or in basic terms being money grabbing? Your abdomen is in basic terms the dimensions of a fist so it takes in basic terms some foodstuff to fill it in a comfortable way. verify the type you sense after eating. in case you sense filled, bloated or drained, you're the two eating interior the incorrect time or eating intense.
