I was before I got pregnant with my son. I worked at a casino on the grave yard shift and had a 5 year old at home so I really only got 2 to 3 hours of sleep daily so I drank about a 4 pack of Red Bull a night at work and 1 or 2 throughout the day just trying to keep up with her. There wasn't much time for sleep because my boyfriend also work graveyard and did just as much running with our daughter as I did so he to was drinking the energy drinks but he liked Boo Koo. There where even times I drank all that Red Bull and then had Vitnemes Coffees...My god I was wired for sound.

If you consider coffee to be an energy drink. I don't abuse it though.

I refuse to drink the energy drinks in the cans. I don't feel they're safe at all. Also I have seen people who have abused them and it is not pretty.

I wouldn't say abusing, in any given week I will consume maybe 3 Monster energy drinks.

Energy for what?
Coffee is my drug of choice in the morning and green tea in the afternoon.
If that is an "energy" drink, then no, since I ususally only have about two cups of each...the rest of the time its water.

The only 'energy' drink I drink is tea, and only one cup a day.

Don't trust the stuff. I only drink water, coffee, beer, wine, spirits and an occasional gatorade/powerade.

Don't want all that sugar or substitute sugar.

I think people are depending on them too much.
You think they'd just have a healthy diet and it'd just resolve most problems.
And you'd save money.

Yes, probably.

I buy them in bulk, and drink one or two a day.
