Norwich has at least four, and my vegan friend lives in Birmingham and she only knows of two there.

Norwich is well-served for the size of the place. London has loads but I hardly count it because it is 10 times the size so it SHOULD.
Brighton has a good range and is only a small city like Norwich. The quality there is good.
