I have a ton to do this week and need to be able to run on a few hours of sleep. What are some (legal!) things I can take/drink to help me stay awake? Coffee and caffeinated sodas have no effect on me.

WATER.
Believe or not, water is the best source of energy booster, its just that people don't ever really drink enough to get the system going, takes a bit of getting use to, but your system will love it.

VITAMIN B
Vitamin B, works great for brain, energy, immune system, and give the body a good kick.

BANANA
Great for fatigue and depression as it provides a good source of potassium

YERBA
Coffee alternative, find it in your health food store, very popular of health food scene, for folks who wanted to kick coffee, and go healthy.

Additional:
You asked for legal, but I guess you don't mind if its not healthy, go for NO DOZE at your local drug store, watch out for side affects.
You don't have any with Water, Banana, and Vitamin B.
