Exercise isn't very good for losing weight. You need to burn 3500 calories to lose just 1 pound. People think exercise uses a lot of calories, but it doesn't -- unless you're obese or work out hard for hours.

If you walk 2 miles a day to burn 175 calories, it will take 3 weeks to lose just 1 pound (175*21=3675). This would be the same for any typical exercise.

Some people actually eat MORE if they exercise, which just erases the calories they burned!

You should combine a quick weight loss diet to get the most benefit and reach goal fast.
