how do i lift a 96 cutlass supreme fwd sl like any lift kit or coilover kit i need to lift it at least 2 inches

not safe at all but see if you can find spacer kits. the problem you are going to run into is that the shocks will be at full extention and they will break

Why? So you can put bigger wheels on it and try to make it look cool? Won't work, it's a waste of $$

put a set of 20" tires and wheels on it. then you won't need to alter your factory set suspension. make sure of wheel well clearances, though.

That is so ghetto. You can probably use the axle off your trailer.
