the eyes tells a thousand stories, take note when they look at you, with there eyes looking to the left when talking is remembering something looking to the right means they are lying, Loosing eye contact is shyness and gazing ..well you can work out the rest.

Read 'Manwatching' by Desmond Morris. Body language is great fun to try and interpret.

Listen to what they say and keep a close eye (politely mind) on how their body react.

Watch the people in question. Look for positive movements (move towards you etc) or negatives (walk away)
