No, I believe that what you could be remembering are suggestions or the memories of those that have passed. Just because you can't sense them, doesn't mean they can't influence you in some way. Your soul is your's, it's never been, nor will it be, anyone elses. Each soul is unique. Each soul inhabits only one body, whether it be for a few minutes to one hundred years. That soul gets one chance at life.

What is the point of coming back multiple times, with the purpose of bettering yourself or moving towards enlightenment, if you can't remember the mistakes of your past? It's illogical, especially with the old adage, If we forget the past, we are doomed to repeat it.
