The only thing you can do for that is work out your pectoral muscles. They will give a firm foundation for your breast to rest on. As far as the breast themsleves, wear a good sports bra or two if that is what it takes. I have sever breast pain from extra movement. When I talked to my doc I found out I had a condition caused by a hormone imbalance. Wearing two sports bra helped quite a bit in managaing the pain. Get measured at for the correct size too. Most bra shops have trained personalle who can help you get what you need. A good sports bra has cost me close to $40 before.

If the breast tissue itself is drooping and bouncy...the ONLY thing you can do is have breast augmentation surgery. They would put in implants (not to make you bigger--just firmer) and remove some of the sagging tissue you have. That will put them up where they used to be. You could have them made smaller---C is the most preferred breast size. If this interests you, talk to your doctor. The newest implants are very cool and feel JUSt like real breast tissue----called "Gummy Bears."

No, there aren't any.
Breast tissue is fat, no muscle and can't be firmed. You can do chest exercises to develop your pectoral muscles on the chest wall, but that won't help with the breasts themselves.
Your best bet is a good bra.

Any upper chest exercises will help. If you don't have access to a weight machine, try holding a gallon jug of something in each hand. Then start with your hands about even with your shoulders and bring them together in front of you and then back out to either side of your body. Repeat however many times works for you.
I attached a link w/some other exercises for upper chest.

Use the butterfly. that is what guys use to make their pecs bigger. Don't use a lot of weight or your breasts will get bigger unless that is something that you want. Just use enough weight so that you are having a hard time at the end of your set and do lots of sets at the lower weight level.

Sorry, you can strengthen your pectoral muscles under your breasts, but breast tissue is mostly fat tissue and glandular tissue, neither of which will respond to exercises. You may want to consider breast reduction surgery.

Breasts are all fat and tissue. You can't firm that up.
Firm breasts are fake.
