Drink lots of fluids. and let it runs it's course. just remember to keep drinking fluids. You are losing a lot of fluids with diarrhea andwill need to replace them so you don't get worse.

The best way to treat diarrhea is not to treat it. Diarrhea is your body's way of getting rid of some sort of gastrointestinal disturbance by "flushing" it out. Drink PLENTY of fluids, water mainly, to keep your body hydrated...but treating diarrhea can lead to serious consequences. Leave it alone, it'll run it's course. If it lasts longer than a few days or if you feel dizzy, seek a doctor.

I know this might sound a little strange, but an all natural way is to eat an apple. Maybe a couple throughout the day. There is something in them that helps diarrhea and constipation.
