he just walks past me all the time like i dont exist.and whats really frustrating is that im too shy to go up and talk to him myself!!! what do I do???? (keep in mind this advice is for an eleven year old.)

First of all I think that you are a bit young to be worrying about things like this, you should focus on your schoolwork.
However, if you insist on being noticed, here is my advice: guys like it when they don't have to do the asking (I know that girls prefer guys to to talk, but he may not know that) I would just start simple by saying hi or something and then initiate a conversation. If he continues to talk to you then he propably likes you as a friend (like I said you are a bit young for this) you should enjoy his friendship, but don't turn it into something more than it is, save that for when you know eachother better and might end up in a good b/f - g/f relationship.
