The only hot dog I like is Oscar Meyer.
If cooked over an open fire....just top it with ketchup
If microwaved/steamed or boiled...onions, mustard, meat sauce
My favorite is sliced down the middle and stuffed with cheese, wrapped in a butermilk biscuit dough and baked. Dip in ketchup. mmmmmmmmggggooooodddd

Most people think it's gross but I like mayo, ketchup, cheese, and pickle relish on my hot dogs. If I'm having a brat then I just use mustard. Good question.

Chili and cheese - ketchup will do if it is a quickie lunch, I like the beef ones the best.
