Is this question here because you're making apple wine?

If so, cut the apple up. Any flesh that is not brown will be fine in wine. THe apple doesn't have to be perfect - just cut the brown bits out and make wine with the rest.

It looks different colors like brown or light brown. There a worm it. Or there are white/ green spots on it. p.s. If you see a worm in it make shirr it is all there and you do not see 1/2 of it.

Well if you look at it and if it looks bruised.it's bad.But if it doesn't look bruised,take a bucket of water.And drop the apple in the water.If it floats,go ahead and eat it,if it sinks,throw it away.
