Personally, I prefer shoulder length hair or longer.
Also, my best friend tried cutting her hair real short once. Her husband (before they were married?) wouldn't kiss her for 2 weeks, and kept telling her he doesn't kiss boys, until she got p*ssed at him about it.

It depends. Some can pull it off while others can't.
Face shape is very important. Delicate, feminine, beautiful facial features are a major plus. Small non-protruding ears and nose also help.
Examples: Halle Berry and Charlize Theron look gorgeous no matter their hair length.

It can look really cute but make sure the cut will go with your face shape. Talk to your hairdresser to see what she thinks first. I used to have a shag and it made my cheekbones stand out like no other cut has. Good luck!

I think it all depends on the womans face structure, such as Halle Berry. She has a smooth face with a strong face structure.
