Fishing in a canal in the East End of London (where I lived) and catching Sticklebacks by the net full. A packet of crisps and a sandwich for lunch on the bank (dirty hands just made it taste better!) and then back to fishing :D

my favorite memory as a child is when my father would come into my room and check on me to make sure that i was breathing and nothing was in my face and that i was not to cold or to hot my father would always feel over my face and whisper that he loved my before he whent to bed.My father was blind and never saw my or my brothers but he made us feel and know that he loved us and wanted to take care of us. Sometimes i would wake up but i just laid there pretending to still be asleep. I miss his comforting lite touch on my face and his voice in my ear at night telling me he loved me that would be the last thing i heard as i fell back to sleep. He passed away when i was 15yrs old i miss him so much alot more around the hoiladays

One of my most cherished childhood memories, Is every year, Before Christmas, My mother, father and I, Would get in the car, And drive around at night looking at all the Christmas lights people had put on their houses and in their yards! :-)
We did this every year, Even when I turned into a teen, And thought I was 'too old' to do it...
It is now something, That I do with my children!

OK this is pretty silly, ready? My older sister by 2 1/2 yrs dressed me up in her doll clothes when I was three. We laid out a little blanket in the gravel of our driveway and had a pretend tea party with hats, water, and peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. She was always such a good friend to me.
