Just remember 135lb for 5ft2, is just verging on becoming overweight. Gaining weight alone, doesn't ensure you will be curvy and size 8 is pretty good already. You could try wearing a corset to enhance your curves and build up your chest and butt muscles. HTH : )

don't gain weight to be curvy. Try to build muscle.
I actually look a lot less curvy when I am too heavy. I don't gain in the places where I need it, and just look like a round barrel.
If you get on a program to build some muscle your shoulders will give you the illusion of a smaller waist. build your butt and leg muscles too. That looks good.
Also, try dressing differently, wear clothes that emphasize your good features. Some clothes enhance the bust and butt. some clothes can hide a belly.
I am sorry, i think that last person was right, if you are not meant to be curvy, you will never be.
I too, want to be more curvy, but gaining weight did not help me. (I didn't do it purposely, just have a tough time with emotional overeating)

If your body isnt meant to be curvy, you never will be, you'll just start to look fat. That's the way I am. I'm 5'5" and 125 lbs, but I'm build like a stick, so when I gain weight, I look fat even though I'm not that heavy because I can't be curvy.

Don't try and be something you are not! Be proud of who you are! :) But if you want to gain weight and be curvier you should try and build muscle in your booty by doing lunges and squats everyday. And if you just wanna gain weight (fat) you can always just eat at McDonalds for every meal for a week. You should gain 15lbs. in one week, no problem. BUT IT IS VERY UNHEALTHY!!! So be careful if that is what you decide to do.

You cannot dictate your body to put on weight where you want. You can gain weight, but sometimes it might be concentrated where you least want it - like abdomen, or upper arms. Try to be healthy and stop worrying about your measurements too much

confident and No, when you consider which you suggested the "healthful way", and the healthful way may well be via development lean muscle. Curves come from fat, and fat isn't healthful. Lean muscle would not shape a women physique like it does a adult adult males.
