Too long to fully explain here, but I imagine you can do an internet search and find a good explanation. You need borax, corn meal, several differently shaped knives would help, as well as cotton stuffing and wire. Basically slit the chest and take out the main body, fracturing the leg and wing bones to leave them in. Then turn the body inside out, cleaning out all the muscles off the leg and wing, and all the fat off the skin. Turn the neck inside out and cut out the neck, brain and eyes. Stuff with cotton (insert glass eyes if you want), maybe reinforce with some wire and sew up. Then leave it to dry. It's very doable, although it may take a second try to get one looking good.

I have no idea, but, it seems like a job for a pro. I've seen amateur work, and it looked horrible. There are websites though that sell videos explaining it. Good Luck!
