Did you push on it first? It's a 'click in then pop out' memory card.

If that doesn't work, I suggest you take it to a camera shop. I'd hate for you to cause permanent damage to the camera just yanking the card out.

Most memory cards need to be pushed in before you can remove them; they sort of pop up on their own. They have mechanisms that hold them in place once you insert them to insure that the connection's strong and you won't wind up with corrupt data while taking photos, which is probably why you're having trouble. If pushing the card in doesn't cause it to pop up, you should consider taking the camera back to where you bought it (if possible--I know a lot of people buy Online these days). If you purchased the camera Online, root through the papers that came with it to check on warranty information... there's usually directions as to what to do if the camera malfunctions. If none of the above provides a remedy to you, you may consider taking the camera to an electronics repair shop and letting them take a look at it.
