No!
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
16Rejoice always, 17pray without ceasing, 18give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Pray WITHOUT CEASING!
God loves our prayers, and prayer is so powerful....
James 5:16
16Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

I don't think it's possible to pray too much but I don't think it's necessary either. He hears you and knows what's in your heart. Be careful not to pray for YOUR will but His. If it's in His plan, then it will come to pass. Get and keep your life in order and blessings are sure to follow.
Even though I've recently suffered a tremendous loss and my faith was shaken to the core, I still believe that He hears us and knows our concerns and needs.

If you keep praying for the same thing over and over again, you are lacking faith. Just ask for his help and ask that HIS WILL be done, not your will and then listen for the Lord to answer. He may have already answered your request and the answer may be NO.
