I am very small, side to side, so it's not a good weight. I look fat, and I really want to loose weight, so please answer me seriously.

You are still growing and at your age, with things still developing, your stomach can look quite round. Honestly you do not need to lose weight at all - you sound pretty skinny to me. Please stop worrying about it until you are older.

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

First off, go to your doc. See what you should weigh. Second if you want a flat stomach do crunches and lots of them. That is the only way to get great abbs. You can do sit ups but that wastes more energy than it helps. working your obiques too adds to a flat look. If you have gym 2-3 x a week talk to your coach and see what he or she suggests. Coach/gym teacher should be able to help you get the results you are looking for and my be able to work one on one with you.
Most importantly: MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT.
This means yeah you can be skinny but still have more weight to you. Muscle cells are more compact than fat so you can have more of them to your body and weigh more but still be the size 2 you aspire to be. Just ask Coach or the doc. They will tell you the same thing.
And like my drill sargent used to tell me: Drink water!!!
That flushes out toxins, extra salt, and makes it so you can sweat properly to keep you body cool when working it out.

If youre exercising 2-3x per week for 45 min, that's all you really need at your age. You could still have some baby fat on you and you could still be growing. If you still have pudge at 15, that's when you should step it up with working out.

Change your eating habits. Eat more food, but good nutitious stuff. Reduce simple carbs and increase protein. You can increase your workouts to 5 days a week and throw in a little body weight training like push-ups and squats

You are too young to be worried about your weight. And your weight is perfectly proportionate for your height. You are still growing and need nutrients and should not diet. You can increase the frequency of your exercising.
