my co-worker usually blames me for her mistakes, how do I confront her about this and also let my boss know that she always points the finger at me. And most of the time I'm clueless of what I'm being blame of.

First you have to take her aside, privately, and just out right ask her why she blames you for things you had nothing to do with. (If you know for sure that you were NOT involved in it). When you do tell your boss about her make sure you have solid proof to back up your statement b'cause you'll be standing alone with that one. Find out just what exactly you are being blamed for b'cause maybe you were involved somehow...If not then confront her and tell the boss.
Good luck

Yes, so smile and smile and smile again.

You are being prepared for the future...perhaps if you're good at ignoring it, you can run for public office......

and remember this is what every mother gets trained for because whenever the kid gets into trouble, WHERE'S THE MOTHER, and mom gets blamed for everything!
