he got the flu 3 week ago for 3 days and after that he kept sneezing sometimes and at night time he gets stuffy nose.

DO NOT ASSUME THAT IT IS "ALLERGIES"!

Dogs do not get what humans call flu - they get a similar but different virus and he should have been vaccinated at least once for it before he was 9 weeks old.

Do NOT give such a tiny puppy anything. Yu can very easily kill them

Have you taken his tempature??

Do you know what the sympoms are for different canine illnesses?

TAKE HIM TO THE VET

This is definitely not allergies. The puppy needs to go to the vet ASAP

I doubt this is allergies (dogs typically exhibit allergies through skin or stomach irritations/infections)and dont treat self diagnosed illensses with medication. Also you want to be careful medicatiing a young puppy.
