Yu lay them aside and not dwell on them

Get busy. Whatever you dwell on is probably because you have time to sit there and stew in it. Start doing things not related to your fears. Just what is so fearful that it cannot be overcome? Unless it's a behaviour fear like the fear of spiders and that can be overcome by classical conditioning. The bible says I have not given you a spirit of fear but of power and of a sound mind. I use this for comfort becaue I am a believer.

it depends what ur fear is..i know i used to have the biggest fear of flying in a plane, but as i kept doing it i lost the fear, so maybe all u have to do is keep going through ur fear and ull realize its not as bad as it seems..but if its something like ur scared of being caught in a fire, of course u cant burn ur house down over and over..i believe that over time u probly will lose that fear u have, and just be brave :D

Stop fearing what you worry.

I pray and ask God to take the spirit of fear from me. Fear does nothing but grow if you allow it. It says in the bible "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." It's not always easy to have faith but it sure pays off when you have it.

Prayin' for your peace! : )

The best way for me to get over my fears is to face them. I'm still afraid of death though and I don't think I'll face that one anytime soon.

Hard question to answer. But, I will tell you this, worrying is the biggest waste of time. Won't change a thing and all it does is take up precious energy.

What I do is tell myself "properly, there is not any longer something i will do approximately it at this very 2d" and that i make myself start to think of approximately something beneficial. this would not come common. It takes artwork. maximum circumstances you will no longer even notice perfect away which you're nerve-racking. yet once you do notice, make a unsleeping attempt to think of approximately something beneficial. This works for me.

Yes, I give my fears to God. I pray that he will take away my concerns and afterwards I feel much better.

Sounds like you spend too much time thinking. You just need more physical activities.
