Hershey!!!!!! Believe it or not,,,, I saw a special on TV about that last night!!!!! Mr. Hershey saw a machine that made the chocolate at the Worlds Fair. The machine came from Germany. He bought one and started making chocolate here!!!! In Hershey, Pennsylvania of course!!!!

Actually Hershey's is the first US candy company to make chocolates, but there were Swiss chocolates in the states well before Hershey was doing his thing in Pennsylvania.

im not a hundred% effective yet... i think of while there being shipped theyre in realatively less warm temperatures so the outer shell of a truffle wouldnt soften. mmm now im hungry for a truffle
