There should be security in schools to prevent things like all the high school shootings that we have been having the last couple of years.

BEcause you don't know who's wackoer, the students or outsiders - see Columbine or the one room schoolhouse in PA. It's another reason we need teachers to be armed.

Because unfortunately the few ruin it for the many. When parents learn to discipline their kids and let them know who the adult is then maybe things will change.

school police yes, metal detectors and searches when they enter NO.. we are teaching them to give up their rights.
search and seizure laws are given up..
consider this, if our children get used to the idea of getting searched at school, the airport, and other public places, then why not just speed up the process and enter a totalitaristic government NOW?

IT'S BETTER SAFER THAN SORRY.....Everyday kids go to school scared if they hear a bomb threat. If there is a weapon found on campus.....Stuff like that. There should be security to all campuses and servaliance camera, perhaps police dogs.
