Breakfast Roll Up
take a whole wheat tortilla (I like Trader Joe's brand) and spread it with all-natural peanut butter.
Slice a banana lengthwise and place it atop the peanut butter.
Top with generous sprinkling of Grape Nuts cereal.
Wrap it all up like a burrito and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute 15 seconds. Yummy and healthy!

Leftover pizza and slightly stale crisps. Go on, you know you want to. Plus, the best way to get this for breakfast is to have a party with some mates the night before.
On a more serious note for a magical breakfast, when we lived in Brunei, we'd get up really early on a Saturday morning and get some proper Kuey Chow noodles at the local market and then go and eat them on the beach. Heaven!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMDBn
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

sausage and egg sandwich. Great with ketchup. If you cook the sausages the night before you can store them in the fridge & heat them the next day to save you time in the morning. All you have to do then is fry the egg which only takes a minute.

Breakfast loaf - mix potatoes, meats, veggies, cheeses, or whatever you want in a bowl with a bunch of eggs. Then put in loaf pan and bake. Sounds odd, but its easy and you can create some good combinations.

I always keep the small baritto flour wraps on hand. i fry up all bacon or sausage ahead of time, and keep in an air tight container...
i spray a small fry pan lightly with olive oil, and put the wrap in the pan first to warm/crisp it up a bit..take it out, and scramble up an egg or two. with the precooked sausage..i sprinkle a little cheese on top..finish it up waith sme medium salsa..i love salsa on eggs..
pancakes with apples and cinnamom you put in.
french toast with a little vanilla added to the scrambled eggs, sometimes even crushed almonds in the egg too..dip the bread in and fry it up till golden brown..my kids love them, and they are all grown!
