Walking definately lowers blood pressure and reduces irritability. You should see a doctor if your bottom reading consistently exceeds 90. Hawthorn berry tincture helps alot with blood pressure but remember to give an herbal remedy a good month of consistent use before you draw any conclusdions. Irritability indicates a dissatisfaction with your life that is going unaddressed. The angrier you are at a given situation, the more irritable you will become and it will be because you are mad at yourself for not doing anything about the problem. I recommended the walking because walking gives you time to focus and think while getting good exercise at the same time.

Medication is an easy way out. You need to find the root of the problems and fix those rather than stopping the actual irritability itself with pills. Go to the doctor yes, but ask for blood tests and other tests to find out what is making you this way. You don't want to start taking medication if you don't need to.

When people are irritable they hurt somewhere, physically usually, but can also be emotionally or spiritually. Sometimes, we habituate to pain and don't really address it consciously anymore. It comes out in irritability. Take good care of yourself. Get a good medical check-up. Get some rest. Hike in nature. Meditate. Make some big changes in your life. Shake it up. Have some sex. Have some fun. Get HUGGED! (good luck)

I think that you should probably go to a doc. I have the same problem and I know how hard it is to cope with irritability on a daily basis. I have a little girl and lots of family who tries to deal with me also, but it has been very difficult for everyone. Finally I decided to go to the doc, and a therapist. It helped me and my family a great deal. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and am currently on meds.

Irritability is a symptom of so many disorders, some of them serious. I think the only person who can help you would be a doctor, and I do hope you see one - something like that affects everyone around you as well.
