look i have this guy that i know and he is always asking me out and he is only a couple of years younger than me but i see him every day and i kind of get tired of him i know that sounds bad but i want sort of a long distance relationship so how can i tell him i dont like him in a nice way.

Be honest. It's the best thing you can do. Just tell the guy straight out that he is a great guy but you just don't like him that way. Yeah, it will suck for him for a brief period of time, but he'll appreciate the honesty. It beats games and avoidance any time.
