I could pretend I am not aware of the glaring racial issues still in our country but i won't.

She sounds like she might be a white girl that dates blacks. Not usually the highest caliber of people and it just goes to show with the condoms.
I would be a bit bothered because the first thought is who else was in this bed, how many, and how long ago? Will they still be in this bed?

Several points:
I don't see any relevance in whether she's white or not.
Unless she was posing as a virgin, you shouldn't be upset that she had previous lovers.
SInce she has had previous lovers, feel really good about the fact that she is into safe sex.
Be excited that you have a woman confident enough to make sure all needed supplies are present.
