I believe the best diet is doing what you do today but just a little different. You should eat smaller portions and eat your three meals a day. You should have some kind of snack in between but make sure its a health one. And exercise, walk, jog, dance class, what ever is more convenient to you. You should walk at least 10,000 steps a day and if you can make that goal and diet properly then you shouldn't have a problem to loose weight. You don't need to take those diet pills and pay all that extra money.

"The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

weight watchers is a good diet for me. I lost 6 pounds in like two weeks. and i still get to eat healthy and i eat until i am full. I go by a points system every food as points. How you figure out the points is by the calories and total fats and the dietary protein it has and you put that in the weight watcher calulator and then it tells you how many points that particular food is. i get 24 points each day. i lost weight with this diet so it is good for me. The way you get your daily points is by how much you weigh like my husband would get more bc he is built different and weighs different so he would get like 30 points a day. My mom had 24 too but she lost 10 pounds so now she is gonna stay at 20 points per day that is her total daily points she can have now until she looses all the weight that she set out to loose. The daily points dose not go any lower then 20 points once you hit that you stay at 20 points per day.

Low calorie diet is the healthiest way to lose weight. here are some tips on the low cal diet that you could use in your project.
Take in 1,200-1,400 calories a day. It takes 3,500 calories to gain 1 pound. Same to lose it. you have to burn 3,500 calories to lose 1 pound. You burn about 1,800 calories a day just with your daily routine. (give a little, take a little, depends on your weight, build and metabolism.) throughout the week, you have to burn more calories than you take it. So, if you burn 1,800 calories a day, in 7 days, that is 12,600 calories burned a week. if you take in 1,200 calories a day, thats 8,400 calories in 7 days. Subtract intake from burned in a week and you get 4,200. You will lose at LEAST 1 pound. Get yourself a little book that tells you how many calories are in foods and their serving sizes. And look up a website (or try this one http://www.coolnurse.com/calories_burned... that tells you how many calories you will burn doing certain excercises in so much time (they usually go by the hour and your weight) and if you do those excercises for that long, ADD those calories you burned to your 1,800 (or how ever much you find out you burn on your own) ADD that to the 12,600 in a week and subtract the 8,400 you take in a week, you will have burned more that 4,200 calories. So, you will lose more weight that way. And remember, you don't burn calories laying around! GOOD LUCK!
