If your motives are pure...then why not just be her friend for now. There is such a big gap, emotionally between a 13 and a 16 year old. Believe me--she's not ready. Perhaps you are drawn to her simply because she is pure and innocent. So many young girls your age have already given in to sexual temptation and that may make you feel uncomfortable due to your spiritual convictions. So, it's "safer" in your mind to like a young girl because then there is no pressure on you to do something you feel is morally wrong. The best thing you could do for this girl is let her grow up. You might change your mind about her when you are 19 and she's 16. Wait it out my friend. Talk to your pastor.

No, there is nothing wrong with feeling love for someone. The world moves much too fast, but you don't have to. It is good that you realize that, because 13 - 16 is a vast age difference right now. It is difficult to be young and have feelings of romantic love, but God understands everything. There is a purpose for everything, and a time for everything.

No, its not wrong, its great!. BUT!!!!!!!!, be careful-Satan is just waiting on a chance to mess up yours and her life. Keep your parents or hers around you both all the time. 16 and 13 is too great an age difference for you to date, besides she is far too young to date. 18 to 15 is much better, and 21 to 19 is perfect. Be a real man and respect her and her father-never touch her. You will bring honor to your father as well if you continue to behave like a christian. Always remember-WWJD. What Would Jesus Do?

Loving someone is never wrong. You are right to be concerned because of your age difference, 3 years at your age is a very big thing. As long as you realize that she is young and will have much tighter restrictions than a girl of your own age. So enjoy your time together and remember to be a gentleman.

IT ISN'T REALLY WRONG BUT YOU NEED TO SLOW DOWN A BIT ESPECIALLY SINCE SHE'S JUST 13, JUST COOL OFF A LITTLE AT LEAST UNTIL SHE'S 18 AND YOUR'E ALMOST 21 BECAUSE PRETTY SOON, ONCE YOU BECOME 18, YOU WILL BE BREAKING THE LAW BY MESSSING WITH A 15 YEAR OLD AND NO ONE WANTS THAT SO JUST HOLD ON SWEETY.

If not for looks or personality then what else is there? If your not in love with who she is, but are in love with something specific about her, like the way she talks or does something then that's not love so I wouldn't worry about anything being wrong. I believe it would be considered an infatuation.

if you all were older , outside of school havinga three year differnce in nothing. but since you both are in school and obvisously in different grades it is looked like it might be wrong. my best advise is ask your parents and see what they think and then ask the girl if you all would like to hang out and go out. i think if both parents involved are ok with it, then go for it.

No there's nothing wrong with loving her .... just be sure you two don't engage in sexual activity (which it sounds like you're not going to do anyways).
