Measure him on his second birthday. He will probably be about twice that height when he is fully grown.
Of course, this method isn't 100% fool-proof. But it seems to be very popular answer and it has served my family well. My grandmother did it with her children. She got all but two of them right. (out of 5 kids) Those two ended up having back problems and back surgeries in their teens. I am pretty sure that is what shortened them a little.
My mother and aunts also guessed mine and my 7 cousins' heights correctly using that method. I am exactly what my mother said I would be. The only one of my cousins that was estimated wrong is the one who turned out to be 6'4 instead of 6'3. ... It's amazing how accurate it really is!

I've heard that a child will be twice as tall as they are at the age of two. So if they are 3 feet tall at age two then they will be 6 feet tall as an adult. But that is NOT a fact.

When your child is 2 years old, take his/her height and double it and you have approx. their height as an adult. It's pretty close, I am 5'5" and I was about 2 1/2 ft at 2 years old.

there isnt an exact way. Some people say if you multiply their height at 2 years by 2 youll have an estimate of ther height.

No, there's no way to know how tall they'll be when they're an adult.
