It depends on the situation. Sometimes I feel my heart trying to beat out of my chest. That usually happens when I need to speak up about something. Sometimes I feel like you did, where everything feels right and good and loving. Once I had a dream where Christ and I walked towards each other in silence, but at the same time there was an urgency in it, and He gave me a hug. I woke up crying - it was so real. At that moment it felt perfect, like nothing I've ever felt before or since. And believe it or not, sometimes it feels like everything is all discombobulated and I can't focus on anything. That usually happens when I'm doing something or feeling something or about to do something I shouldn't. The absence of the Spirit can speak volumes if you're used to feeling it, then it's not there. Most of the time when I feel the Spirit, I feel warm. Sometimes it's from the inside radiating out, but more often it's from the outside radiating in - as though I'm under a heat lamp or something. It's really a wonderful feeling even though my description doesn't do it justice.

hi my chum. long term no see. initially, I examine the 1st guy or woman answer and had to laugh. This guy is maximum efficient you down the incorrect course. the sole thank you to be attentive to God plan on your life, you're able to desire to have a non secular connection and without the Holy Spirit modern-day, than all you have is your opinion and your person know-how that isn't line up with God. So absolutely everyone who says you're no longer think to be waiting to sense the Holy Spirit lack authentic know-how of the dating that God needs between us. those each and every physique is very risky using fact they get their religious coaching from their self based ego. no longer from the Holy spirit. How can God use you if there is not any communication. And yet another component, absolutely everyone who inform you which you ought to easily base your perception on faith is from the devil. God would not artwork that way. He not at all has and he not at all will.

Hmm.
The Bible states clearly that all of those who are in Christ (in union with Christ as a result of the justification that Faith provides) are indwelt by the Holy Spirit. You should be able to feel that love and intimacy with God at any time because God is with you every step of every day.
I don't know what you felt for sure yesterday, but i know that the feeling of having the Holy Spirit on you is something that should be with you all the time. It is what allows you to pray in the first place.
For a good study, I would suggest Romans 8.

very similar to that, when that was what I needed. Sometimes, I have the bible totally open up and I get what I am supposed too. Sometimes, I have a counselor and friend. I have been warned of danger, and to be careful what my mouth should and shouldn't say.
The Holy Spirit, will fufill just what you need when you need it.

something like this ;o)
Galatians 5:22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. 25Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
He makes me feel at peace, joy, loved, etc, etc!!!

That is awesome! It gives me goosebumps sometimes! Good goosebumps though....
It fills me with JOY. I am reminded of God's love and how he "bends his ear to our prayer" --It really reminds me of HOW real God is and really strengthens my faith in Him.
I LOVE those moments!!
