It does not do anything in terms of "keeping you young". This was studied recently and the results showed no benefit to HGH injection. I would not recommend it and would say that it actually can cause some harm by supressing your natural hormones.

Human growth Hormone works at any age, it is a natural hormone that is produced in your body during your earlier years and in fact for most of your life. It is definitely possible to get 3 inches of height with it, hell you can become a giant if you keep going. Unfortunately too much exposure to Hgh if fairly hard on the body, and is not something to be taken lightly. If your doctor says that you are HGH if kent then I'd trust his word. Just follow your doctor's advice and you should be fine. I'm sure your doctor will tell you this but make sure you eat healthy during the time of your shots. Lay off the junk food, you will need lots of vitamins and minerals, especially calcium, he might recommend you take multi vitamins to supplement your diet, or eat some of specific foods. All in all you shouldn't be afraid HGH does wonders for height. Just do as your doctor recommends and it'll be fine. Best of luck, hope this helped.
