Alot of diabetics have fluid retention, and some have lymphedema. Either way you need to see your doctor to get a diagnosis. If you have lymphedema, please contact me via the answers info, and I can help you more.

swelling indicates water retention..go see a doctor asap. your kidneys might be at risk.
