i asked this question 4 days ago, ALSO while watching freakshow, haha.
the answer is, you put a belly chain around their waist, and handcuff them to that. or, if you have a long-chained cuff, you chain it to the wrist, wrap around a thigh, and recuff the same wrist.

With a restraint belt around their waist. The belt has a ring on the front of it and you put the other end of the cuff though it.
