My wife says that since she was on anti-biotics most of her childhood, and also that she was put on Multiple Sclerosis drugs in error, that she has no immune system.

I think it's possible to have a compromised immune system, but she thinks she has NO immune system. She's 32 and still very alive, smokes, drinks a little.

If she had no immune system she would be dead. Just think of how many germs we come into contact with every minute of everyday. Even your own bed is teaming with germs. (not that you are nasty, that is just the way it is)

Without an immune system she could not fight off anything and would die. When people have full blown aids thay have either severely weakend or "dead" immune systems. They have to take a ton of medications to stay alive.

So unless your wife lives in a bubble she has an immune system. It may be weak, but she has one.

Well, no, if she had NO immune system she would die from catching just a normal cold. This is what AIDS is, a VERY low immune system (low T cell levels) She definately has some immune system, especially if she's not taking handfuls of drugs everyday, smoking, and still going out in public.

yeah that's possible and not all that uncommon ..I had leukemia and it severely weakened my immune system I get sick so easily. Everyone has an immune system but some are better than others.
