I love the way they look, they are sleek and cool looking. And they are independent too, unlike dogs that need attention all the time. I just want to go up and pet them. Cats have always been my favorite animal. I have five of them right now.

I don't know. For some reason I see people with tattoos and shirts with cheetahs and tigers. I like those animals myself but not that much. But to each his own I guess.

Not everyone likes cats. I think more highly of canines because of their ability co-work and to me they are more sociable in general. A common cat has a braincapacity of a rabbit and a personality to compile with the performance. In my eyes cats are strong, tough and stupid. A regular ferrari without a driver. In a more atavist way, a competitor. No room for it in the food chain. I guess if people can love cats, why not vote for Bush. I would not pet neither.

Because felines are the perfect combination of power and beauty, they are sleek,graceful and beautiful and at the same time they are natures most perfectly evolved killing machines.

I love cheetahs they are beautiful creatures.
I love to watch discovery channels/animal planet when they have documentaries on them. there speed there spots. the way the work together to get one meal for all.

we as humans ALWAYS go for looks ( in this case the majority agree - but i bet our remote ancestors had no fondness at all for the killer cats )
