Vaccine Question?

I am due to go Abroad (Tanzania) in the next few months. Which Vaccines are mandotory and are the different vaccines taking any different to normal ones? E.g location of the jab, arm, buttock etc and pain during and after the vaccine.

not sure what jags you will need
when i went to thailand i got some jags, they are in your arm.
one made your arm really sore for a few days, but i would check with yiur doctor

Other than that the only thing I can suggest is that you go and see your Practice Nurse, they should have a chart which tells you the vaccinations needed in each country. Don't worry too much about the injections, it will all seem worth it when you step off the plane. Best wishes, Mel.

YOu should go talk to your doctor. There are a few you should probably get and the doctor can tell you what ones you have to get and what ones are suggested and you will be able to get them right there while your at the doctor so you won't have to go twice. Have a good trip.

ask a doctor. or we could just make up some stuff and then you'd go to the doctor and ask for shots like....uh...the panzioflop strain of the nile strep and the carpet chamelion variant strain.
and the doctor would say what the hell are you talking about?
you'd look pretty silly and ultimately, the doctor would tell what you need shots for.
