dark brown almost black, light honey brown, dirty blonde or a caramel color i think those would work for you and try highlights and layers.

A lot of these suggestions are excellent. I always wanted to try the software but never did.

Also, the warm/cool test is good. I would ask someone's opinion as well. Try on different scarves next to your face in warm and cool colors to determine what looks best, but have a trusted friend with you.
then you need to schedule a consultation with your hairdresser, or get referrals to someone who specializes in color who would take the time to explain what your options are; what would look good and why.

The hairdresser will also let you see the swatches.

Good luck!

Sounds like a dark blonde, or light brown would be a good color for you, but, also, look at the undertone of your skin ... is it more blue/pink (cool) or peach/cream (warm). Make sure the hair color tones match that as well.

You should go with a more amped-up version of your natural hair color. For instance, if your hair is naturally brown, go for a more glossy, deeper brown, like chestnut or mahogany. If you're a natural blonde, stick with shades in the blonde family, like strawberry blonde or honey blonde. Also, highlights are a great option for brightening up hair tones, and they look great on everyone! You may want to look into that.

Don't stray too far from your natural hair color. Generally highlights around your face will take the years off. Nothing looks worse or "cheaper" than somebody who tries to turn really dark hair into really blonde. Somehow, nobody ever wants to go the other way!!!
