If he's that great of a guy, you'll have to think like your parents--old school. Let them meet the guy and ask them if he can take you out to a nice, respectable place. Do not betray their trust, then you'll never go out on a date.

Well sneaking behind their back is not a sure fire way of earning their trust or you showing any level of maturity. Parents always knows whats best and you might now see it now but you will in time. I say listen to them. They're your parents, this guy could be there just playing games with you and looking for something you can't give or are not mature enough to offer. Wait it out and wait until you're fully mature to understand and accept the responsiblility of a relationship along with its consequences.
Ps. How old are you?

You should listen to your parents!! they do know best and what is best for you. Here is something to think about for you...If you sneak and lie and go behind your parents back just to see each other and he (the guy you like) allows this to continue, Your entire relationship will be built around a lie, what is your true feeling for each other, you will never know, cause you had to lie about it all the time. If he really likes you he will respect your parents and so will you that he will wait for you until your parents have approved of him, have him meet your parents, have him prove that he is worthy of you to your parents. A man willing to do that is willing to show his true love to you, if he respects your parents and his, then he will respect you. Remember your body is your temple!

This is a hard one to answer because I have no idea how old you or the boyfriend to be are. Sometimes parents are too stirct on their kids when it comes to issues like this but most of the time they tell you your too young because you are.

Respect your parents wishes.
Guys...err boys are a dime a dozen. Easy come easy go...you will meet a ton you think are 'your one true love'.
But they WILL come and go, trust me.
Your family is forever, respect them.

it depends on your age. i'd say under 15 and you're too young
over 15, i'd say tell them. be honest, because if you dont and they find out, they might not trust you anymore. be honest, they wont judge you

I think you're not as mature as you're parents think you are if you're even contemplating something like this.
