That depends on the type of paint used. Latex based paints aren't so bad, but other volatile based paints can and do cause brain and lung damage and lead to other organ failure.

light headedness fainting, and it is not good to huff it will ruin your body so if you are using it for normal use then have it open well or where a mask if you can not have it ventalated.
