You have to give her closure. Women will not be able to move on without closure. Break-ups are always hard but giving closure helps. Answer her calls. Talk to her. Let her know why you broke up with her. You don't have to keep trying if you don't want to but just fill her in on why you broke up with her. If you don't feel like expressing your concerns over the phone then leave her a letter. At least this will help the process of moving on.

Well, It seems you haven't let her go either.
You call her your Girlfriend, its present tense.
What is the real issue, because if you wanted to move on with someone else you would have by now.
Just tell her, I don't think things are working out between us, and I'm gonna start seeing other people.
If she is pregnant, then your bound to her forever, if not then by all means find a new girlfriend.
If she is a lunatic, truely and honestly
Get a whit tee shirt and a black marker, and write on it, Single guy looking for MS Right.,
and on the back write her name and email address
saying great single gal, looking for MR right treat her right.!
Wear it for a week, and hopefully she'll understand that she is a great girl but just not the one for you.
And that you wish her well , and some one else to love in the future.
And make sure if you meet any really nice good looking guys , givem her email address.

I would have him take it through the court systems, it's beyond time. Is there something he is afraid to take through court systems? I think he's let the Mom manipulate him long enough and it's time he does the healthiest thing he can for the daughter. I also think though that you said he takes all the anger out on you and your child is a sign that maybe you should get out of the situation for a while if you have the means to do so. That in itself will make him change his behavior and what he does and doesn't accept from his ex. It isn't cool to let your kid be the recipient of his anger and you deserve more for yourself too.

Well look at it two ways. Why does she not want to let her go and what do you do to her to stress her out? There has to be something there that she likes about you even if you stress her out alot.

Don't encourage her and don't talk to her after you break up. It sounds like she might be young and you as well. First break ups are hard and the worst thing you can do is let it linger and fester by talking to her or leading her on.
She will soon get it.

Sometimes people don't get the point. If you have made it clear to her that you are over the relationship and over her, and she is still not getting it then you might have to be mean about it. I hate being mean but some people don't take the nice way.

You're the one not letting her go. If you broke up with her, don't see her, don't talk to her....it's not that difficult. She can't hold on unless you let her.

She won't let you go?
Stop returning her calls, stop letting her in, and if she doesn't back off, file a restraining order.
