A HUGE ribeye steak, cooked medium on the grill with a bit of tenderizer and some Tony Cachere seasoning. A big baked potato oozing with real butter and sour cream. Some baby carrots cooked with a bit of Tabago sugar. A coconut cream pie all to myself :-0

OK now I'm hungry lol

I'd have a vegetable burger baked beans and hp brown sauce poured over the top. I know you think thats weird but because i am a vegetarian it is nice it's nothing special but it is nice.
p.s a fresh baguette on the side would make it heaven

Well, you have to appreciate the small things in life

Seared salmon, with noodles/rice/potatoes (any one) and steamed veg - carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower and sweetcorn.

Or a nice quorn/soya mince based pasta dish.

I also like low fat Indian style food and Chinese style stir-frys.

A fresh Cromer crab with mussels and cockles.

None of this digusting unhealthy filth that I see descibed as food - like chips or as I saw on one answer today, fake apple pie with no fruit made with Ritz Crackers, oh please how many hydrogenated fats do we want to eat.

I do eat junk like the occassional treat of chocolate but not daily.

I'd be too shy to ask for what I'd really desire (so much good food anyway). ^_^;;;

I would insist on helping out in what little way I can though and would also insist that the person be true to the self in choosing whats happening (In my book it is nice to accept a treat after polite denial but it is much more bonding to agree to do things together).

Whatever they were good at. Better to cook something you're good at, than to try and make something new, when offering to cook for someone. I like all good food.

Rare cooked filet of beef with yorkshire pudding, roasted parsnips, red onion and carrot and roasted potatoes, real gravy like my mum makes and followed by homemade sherry trifle. I like your question
