i just got my h1b can i still marry my girlfriend? or maybe nextyear when i go back here please help! both of our parents are holding back my boss who petition me told me that its ok to have a secret marriage...i really want to be with her... this thing is a mess for us..i hope somebody could enlighten us whats our option...

unless you are not telling us something important about this story, there is no reason you can not marry your girl friend and no reason, it needs to be secret.... being on a visa as long as it is valid does not prevent you from marrying someone you love.... i was on a valid student visa when i met, dated and married my husband.... it can be done, you don't need secrecy....

A marriage does not affect an H1b visa. Get married, it does not need to be secret.
