No. Not at all. It is a very sweet gesture.
When I met my "now husband" he would bring me roses. He brought me one for the first time we met... he brought me 2 for the second time we met... and he brought me 3 for the third time we met... etc..
Buying a lady flowers is not rushing things. It is simply showing her that you are thinking about her and you are respecting her. That is the way I look at it. Very nice... Go for it!
I like your idea of roses. That would be a great idea.

Giving her flowers is a wonderful idea.
Roses are very expensive. Maybe a less expensive mix of flowers would be more approiate at this early stage of the relationship.
Do you know the meaning of the colors of roses? I believe yellow means friendship. Red is Passion. Best you check with a florist before you send roses, you don't want to send the woman the wrong message. There are very expensive roses.....a dozen can cost around $75. plus. You can get roses at the grocery store cheeper. You can also get a lovely mix of flowers that would be a less symbol of commitment than roses are.
It is totally up to you what you do.

I think sending flowers would be okay. However, don't send roses. I think roses should be saved for later. It is too soon for roses, even yellow ones & definitely not the red one in the center. Send a "mixed bouquet" of various flowers & specify to the florist that there should be no roses included. Save the roses for when you guys get more serious or become boyfriend & girlfriend as opposed to just dating. If you send roses right away, what's left to "take it to the next level" in the future.

Flowers are a wonderful idea.
Roses are nice and most women like them, but you may want to consider something a little more unusual. Check with the florist and see what is available, it shows you put osme thought into it.
An actual plant might be something to consider. Growing plant...growing relationship. Also a plant lasts longer than a bunch of cut flowers.
Good luck.

I like that yellow then the one red one that sounds sweet! Flowers is a good start and maybe go with her favorite flowers maybe ask her what type she likes next time you two talk or meet. but your idea is a good one too. Flowers is a slow thing to do. So go for it.

Roses are too fancy for a few relationship. Give daisies, lilies, sunflowers, tulips, or even a mixed bouquet if you must, but hold the roses until you're serious.
Go to www.1800flowers.com and see what kind of friendly "Just Because" flowers they have.

Half dozen yellow roses with that red one in the middle. I think that would be very nice. Plus with a little note that you are "just thinking about you" on the card. That is plain and simple and shows caring. Good Luck to you and her.

Don't send roses. They send too much of a message and if you've only known her for a few weeks this might set her off. Send her something colourful, not just one type of flower.
