Oh my gosh, I have a terrible case of the "Mondays." I didn't get enough sleep last night. That is one reason why I am cranky. People are getting on my nerves and I just want to yell at everyone to shutup! Any tricks on how to relieve my crankiness? Please no smart and rude comments!

Eat some chocolate, listen to some music, that always helps me.

Just get through the day and get home and catch some z's. Sometimes you can get so tired that the crankies move to the crazies (laugh at everything, including yourself) but you cannot count on that. Apologize to your friends and tell them you did not get enough sleep last night and you are just in a crappy mood...most people understand as we have all been there.
