bacterial infections:
-air droplets (very small bacterias)
-direct contact (coughing in front of somebody's face)
-contaminated stuff, eg:contaminated food/water by patient's stool.

parasitic infections:
-autoinfection (hand touches stool,then goes back into mouth)
-contaminated food/water by patients stool, or flies.
-scratching tick bites (they can infect through broken skin)
-sharing towel/clothes in lice problems

viral infection:
-usually air-borne
-blood borne(not really common in the house)
