B-Complex feeds the nerves and have a profound effect on mental and emotional stability. Stress, medications, sugars and alcohol all rob the body of B vitamins. B vitamins are water-soluble and need to be taken throughout the day.
Mental Acuity Plus - Contains ginkgo, bilberry, hawthorn and B vitamins which enhances memory and decision-making. Also enhances concentration, sharpness, circulation to brain and strengthens blood vessels.
Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

First off, you want organic, liquid, wholefood vitamins. Taking anything else is a gamble as far as absorption goes. You're body recognizes real food, not synthetic junk.
