Well, you really shouldn't stay off of food altogether. That is called anorexia nervosa. Instead, you should try to eat small meals and snacks comprised of small portions of healthy, low-cal food. What I've been doing lately is eating about 6 small meals a day, and for the snack-y type meals I've been eating things llike mini rice-cakes and a couple handfuls of light, low-salt popcorn, and you can also try little mini carrot sticks with low-fat veggie dip. Also, this morning I got a 200-calorie fruit smoothie instead of the Egg McMuffin I was considering, and it was mighty filling. The trick is to never feel starved or deprived of food because then you will accidentally overeat and have unhealthy foods you're craving next time the opportunity presents itself. If you never have a chance to feel hungry, you won't be as apt to crave fast food and sweets. Also, I chew sugar-free gum between meals to satisfy that craving for something sweet without eating candy. I haven't weighed myself this week yet, but I definitely feel thinner. Good luck!

Easy find a fun hobbie and do buy so much food exp listen to music thast what i do im currently on a diet i lsiten to music and work out its ez just dont eat asm uch either.

concentate on other things. get a hobbie. go out. keep yourself occupied. you may eat alot because you're simply bored!
